Enoki - A refreshing new concept

Responding to the voice of the traveller who demands light and healthy food on the go, Enoki is a healthy fast food concept with an Asian touch, located at stations across the Netherlands railway network.

 

Enoki strikes the balance between street kitchen and Asian cuisine. The identity and interior reflects this with the fun, fresh and contemporary characteristics that are embedded in Asian food culture, embracing the fast moving commuter environment.

 

 

The Enoki narrative is Asian food, fresh and fast, this story being told throughout all touchpoints of the customer journey. Inspired by the uncomplicated wooden structures characteristic in Asian architecture, with its natural materials and traditional craftsmanship it is both simple and beautiful.
