Teun Anders leaves VBAT after 22 years
Teun Anders, co-founder and name-giver of VBAT, says good-bye to the design world. On the 31st of December he will cut himself loose from the agency to dedicate himself fully to his personal passion: painting. 'The time has come for the new talented generation to rise and shine', Anders says.
Twenty-two years ago, Teun Anders watched his company, Visser Bay Anders and Van Raam, being born. During this period and under his guidance, VBAT grew to be one of the leading brand design agencies in the Netherlands. As an icon of Dutch design, he has played an important role within the organisation while mentoring the development of talent. In the past years, a strong creative team of design directors was formed, which is being developed under the creative leadership of Rob van Gijzelen.
