VBAT designs NS Tuktuk
NS (Dutch railways) recently started an experiment where tuk-tuks and scooters operate as extensions of train lines. VBAT constructed a concept for the design of the vehicles and the leading communication campaign. It is significant for NS to ease door-to-door travelling, and in doing so, NS aims to combine various travel methods. This directs the pilot’s message: ‘Tsjoek-Tsjoek-Tuk-Tuk’ and ‘Tsjoek-Tsjoek-Zoef-Zoef’, linking Tsjoek-Tsjoek, representing trains with Tuk-Tuk or Zoef-Zoef, standing for tuk-tuks and scooters.
