VBAT develops We are Amsterdam Pride
VBAT has developed the new name and corporate identity for The Amsterdam Gay Pride, on request from the city of Amsterdam. The festival, taking place in the first week of August, will carry the name 'We are Amsterdam Pride'. The name can be translated to various communication expressions during the weekend that the gay community is in charge:
We are Proud, We are Dancing, We are Coming Out.
]]>The project embroiders on the city branding project 'I Amsterdam'. The new logo refers to a flower that has sprouted and is blossoming. The outline of the flower is formed by the well-known Amsterdam canal side houses. The logo is a symbol for blooming, radiation, pride and being yourself.
The corporate identity is carried through to the stationery and various promotional expressions and marks the new course of making the yearly event broader and more profound.
