VBAT wins Dutch Design Award with Buna Bet
VBAT and the Ethiopian-style coffee house Buna Bet have won a Dutch Design Award in the Packaging category. The modest style and pure radiation of the packaging especially appealed to the jury. The concept used simple line drawings to tell an Ethiopian story of the origins of coffee, the coffee ceremony and the coffeehouse Buna Bet. These stories influenced all corporate expression, packaging, in-store communication and the store environment. Read more about this project.
This year the professional jury chose 17 winners out of 507 entries. VBAT and Benschop Design Group, were also nominated in the category 'Shop Environment' for the wine shop Grapedistrict.
