Brand Navigator™

VBAT has developed a tool to determine the strategic objectives of the brand: The Brand Navigator™. This tool is not for the development of mission and vision statements, the Brand Navigator™ is something to be employed as the next step in that strategic process.

Brands mean different things to different people, in order for a brand to be strong and durable, the senior stakeholders need to align their thinking and form a consensus on what the brand is and what it aims to be. The Brand Navigator™ is the tool that builds that consensus.

The Brand Navigator™ is the result of a one-day workshop with leading decision makers, together with senior VBAT staff. In this session a wide range of aspects, which make up and affect the brand, are defined. The session helps identify the brand values, brand offering and brand positioning resulting in a clear core proposition and brand personality.

BrandScape™

BrandScape™ is a visual tool for brands to create an overview in their approach to individual target audiences. The purpose of the BrandScape™ is to explore which set of identity elements is most suitable in communication to a specific audience, and equally important, to maintain synergy across the landscape of the brand.

The tool illustrates the visual stretch in corporate and promotional communications for consumer and corporate audiences in one complete visual overview, presenting a unified brand.
