AtosDevelopment of a cross-channel recruitment campaign
Atos Origin, a global top 5 ICT company, was looking for its roots after several M&A's. Not only for the current staff, but also for the future talent where 400 new employees had to be recruited in the European market. For this challenge VBAT developed a cross-channel campaign where the staff were motivated and activated to help find these new colleagues. Based on the 'Are U the 1' concept the corporate values were activated into a virtual recruitment challenge. Combined with their Olympic sponsorship exposure and activation, we managed to increase the recruitment site traffic by 50% and raised the applicants' level with 200%.
