Nuon asked VBAT to develop an umbrella brand for services such as heating, home security and a 24-hour domestic emergency response service.

The challenge was to create a recognizable, tangible and appealing concept for these intangible services. VBAT created a cross-channel platform with a high street presence; Europe’s first energy shop. Combined with a retail shop-in-shop offer, packaging, promotional and online support, this platform is now a major pillar in the market offering of Nuon.
