Pride & prejudice
The project grew out of the city-branding project ‘I Amsterdam’. VBAT developed ‘We are Amsterdam Gay Pride’.
The new name can be translated to various communication expressions: We are Dancing, We are Proud and We are Coming Out. The new logo refers to a flower that has sprouted and is blossoming. The well-known Amsterdam canal houses form the outline of the flower. The logo is a symbol for blooming, radiation, pride and being oneself.
