SOS kinderdorpenIntroduction cross-channel charity promotion and campaign
SOS Kinderdorpen is a well-known and sympathetic children charity fund. As fund-raising through the more traditional donor channels was no longer sufficient, they developed a social responsibility campaign together with Care4Kids and VBAT. The campaign consists of an ambitious large-scale cross-channel programme for all national elementary schools in cooperation with various big Dutch retail partners. The concept is based on 'build a village', through which kids are made aware of the problems of children of the same age elsewhere. By introducing self-build kits and cross-channel promotions, we have managed to raise enough money to build an entire orphan village in Guinea Bissau.
