From commodity to mentality

Wehkamp is the biggest home shopping retailer in the Benelux. During our 12-year relationship, Wehkamp evolved from a traditional mail ordering company into a true online retailer. They needed to adjust this change with a new identity and image. After several steps in this process we discovered that besides a new identity, the biggest challenge was to engage the employees towards the new thinking and positioning of the company. In close cooperation with the Wehkamp team, VBAT developed five special themes to communicate to the internal audience. With workshops and supporting magazines these themes were successfully adopted by the staff. Wehkamp therefore strengthened its positioning and relationships.
